Robert Camacho

CEO

Robert is an accomplished leader, with a track record of working with high-growth companies. He brings close to 30 years of leadership, inspiration, operational experience, technical breadth, and passion for customer care. He was the Chief Operating Officer for Veyo, a non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) broker. With experience in customer service, third-party transportation oversight, client satisfaction, contact center operations, and budget management. Before joining Veyo, Camacho was Vice President of Contact Center Operations for Agero. He was responsible for overseeing the operations of Agero’s six-driver assistance response centers and over 3,000 associates (roadside assistance, claims management services for auto insurance carriers, and connected vehicle services for automobile manufacturers).

Camacho was also the founder of Customer First Consulting where he helped several leading BPOs achieve World Class results and expand operations across the globe. Robert and his fiancé Adeela have 3 Boston Terriers (Brown, Bruno, and Charley) and love spending time watching really bad, old-school horror movies. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona, where he also earned his MBA in 2011.

Francis has extensive experience in conducting technical training, presales, implementation, and after-sales support activities of various networking solutions and technologies Mejorada has 20 years as a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).

Senior VP of Global Operations

Luinell is a dynamic and goal-oriented leader with extensive experience in people management and customer service in a call center environment. Lui is adept at problem-solving, analysis and with a keen sense of bottom-line profitability. With over 20 years of experience, she has the ability to manage multiple functions and sites simultaneously. She took up Bachelor in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Development from AMA College. A proud mommy of a 10-year-old little boy, a 2-year-old pug, and a dachshund.
 
Julie has nearly 30 years of Contact Center leadership experience, including 22+ years in BPO and 7 years in customer care/experience efforts for eCommerce businesses. Julie has a passion for business start-ups, growing established businesses, guiding, and leading employee development. Hengemuehler’s industry experience includes healthcare, roadside assistance, accident management services, consumer affairs, retail, grocery delivery, insurance, telecom, cable, publishing, and transportation. 
Julie has a wife and three amazing young adults, two are currently attending the University of Arizona, while the third is a self-proclaimed stay at home daughter who plans to attend culinary school. Julie loves spending time with her family doing just about anything, including day trips to Mt Lemmon and attending U of A women’s basketball games.

Agustin Trevino

VP of Global Human Resources

Agustin is an accomplished champion of the employee lifecycle and with over 25 years of Human Resources operations leadership. Trevino’s experience as a strategic partner spans multiple industries with global people operations and diverse workforces. Most recently Agustin was head of Human Resources for a mining company with nearly 3000 employees and has served as an advisor/consultant to a non-profit organization in clinical research.

Agustin resides in Arizona with this family and is fluent in Spanish. Augie holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and is certified as an EQ (Emotional Intelligence) facilitator and SHRM professional.

Eric has over 20 years of experience in Workforce Management ranging from healthcare, roadside assistance, retail, and transportation. He has successfully built workforce management teams aligned with organizational and financial targets. Gaudreau completed his education in business, specializing in accounting. He has helped build workforce management teams to align with the organization and financial targets. He has presented in national seminars to help promote efficiency and WFM team building.
 
Eric enjoys helping to identify and onboard new talent in Workforce Management. He previously helped service: Veyo, United Healthcare Group, American, and Express. Eric has a wife and two beautiful children whom he adores and loves to spend time with. He loves to read, hike, and travel to new places.

Sakina Gani

Senior Client Results Manager

Sakina has over 15 years of experience in call centers ranging from roadside assistance, sales, technical support, retail, and cruising. She has worked in an all-remote BPO for the last 5 years managing and launching multiple programs successfully and acquiring additional lines of business through successful execution of key metrics and client-building rapport. Sakina holds a degree in Biochemistry and Accounting. She currently resides in Massachusetts with her husband, son, and stepdaughter.

Sheryl is our Global Director of Finance Operations. She manages the financial actions of the company at an enterprise level while supervising local projects.
 
Sheryl enjoys watching Korean Dramas, Police Detective Stories such as Criminal Minds, and Sherlock Holmes.

Suellen Manduriaga

Director of Capacity, Planning & Insights

Suellen has over 13 years of experience in Workforce Management ranging from Airline, Mortgage, Financial, Telco, Retail, and Insurance. She is greenbelt certified and has been involved in several process improvement projects. Manduriaga is an expert in Forecasting, Scheduling, Client Services, and Real-Time Management. She has a record of developing proactive relationships and the ability to mentor, provide educational inputs, and guide junior staff.

Suellen has completed her degree in Bachelor of Science Major in Tourism. She is a foodie, adventurous, not much of an active outdoor junkie since the Pandemic but would compensate for swimming as a workout. Sue is a single mom to a 17-year-old boy and a fur mom to her 2-year-old Frenchie named Rascal. She is an advocate of LGBTQ+ and women empowerment.

Ricardo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer. He has worked in BPO for 11 years understanding the needs of clients when seeking great customer service experience and supporting LOB’s ramps in different leadership positions. He is highly experienced in ramping up different accounts while adapting rapidly to change. Salmeron believes in developing good leaders for successful company frontlines and to achieve goals. He has experience supporting the largest telecommunications company in the US.
 
His favorite book is A Leader’s Legacy by James M. Kouzes, and his favorite movie Forest Gump. In his free time, he enjoys gaming although his skills are not the best as he jokingly confesses.
